Theres an app for your phone too.

I recommend the grass fed Aussie chauteaubriand 600 gramme at Riverside restaurant, Royal Orchid Sheraton, Riverside.

You can jump on their free posh shuttle boat too.

    This baby mate.....

You can cut it with a butter knife. Best steak ive had.

    Now that sounds good.
I'm thinking we might be better off at an indoor restaurant rather than a roof top place given the season etc.

Maybe pop up for a drink and a photo op but then head for a good riverside restaurant and the place you've mentioned certainly deserves investigation.

    Thanks.

Have your half price dinner there at 6, then get on the Sheratons free shuttle boat to Saphin Taksin pier. The Lebua State tower is a 7 minute walk from there.

Thats where they shot the Hangover movie. Its 62 floors high.

Asiatique is in between the hotel and that skybar and you can get there by free sheraton boat too and is a good place for a few beers.

Take a Skytrain to Ratchatewee, walk down the steps on the opposite side to the Asia Hotel and walk about fifty yards to Coco Walk. Nice, non-seedy bars, live music, cheap beer and excellent food at the Greedy Nerd restaurant.

This is a little treasure discovered on my recent trip and recommended to all.

Yes, I did, sorry. Excellent place but might have to wait a short time for a table. The simple steak and fries meal is very cheap and very, very good. The staff are nice too.

Could have been better if he opted for Thantakit Dental Center in Bangkok. Had my dental implants with them. They arranged for my hotel accommodation, transportation and even provided useful suggestions on how to get around the metro. For the tours, there's plenty of options. The river cruise, a visit to the temples and chilling at some rooftop bars would be good too.
