UK: Tommy Robinson Confronts Oxford Muslim Paedo Rapist Gang

According to Mail Online, 9 Muslim men were recently arrested for grooming and raping several vulnerable girls, aged 11 to 16, in Oxford, England over the past eight years. Furthermore, one of the rapists had burned the letter “M” into one of the white girl’s legs in order to brand her as the property of Muhammad, their so-called “prophet.”
Although they thought they had a good thing going and would get away with their vile acts, members of the Islamist rape gang were eventually caught. In fact, police were able to arrest and charge another 8 Muslims found to be in connection with the rape gang bringing the total number involved to a whopping 17. Now, their trial is finally underway.

up to crown court to support your boyfriend who is on remand, and on trial for child grooming & rape!

Well if that was the 'wake up call' then you must have hit the 'snooze' button over four years ago.

And Tommy Robinson is, of course, just lowlife scum.

On 24 August 2010, Robinson was involved in a fight between supporters of Luton Town and Newport County in Luton, on the evening that the two clubs played at Kenilworth Road. Robinson reportedly led the group of Luton fans, and played an integral part in starting a 100-man brawl, during which he chanted "EDL till I die". Eleven months later, in July 2011, he was convicted of having used "threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour" on the night of the incident. He was given a 12-month community rehabilitation order and a three-year ban from attending football matches. He was also sentenced to 150 hours' unpaid work, and ordered to pay £650 in costs.[27]

Robinson was arrested after an EDL demonstration in Tower Hamlets on 3 September 2011 for breach of bail conditions, as he had been banned from attending that demonstration. After his arrest, Robinson began a hunger strike in custody in Bedford Prison, saying that he was a "political prisoner of the state",[28] and refused to eat what he believed was halal meat.[29] A local paper reported that Bedford Prison sources had said that the hunger strike lasted only 24 hours.[30] A handful of EDL supporters protested outside the prison in support of Robinson during his incarceration; the support peaked at a turnout of 100 protesters on 10 September.[31][32][33] Robinson was released from prison on 12 September.[34]

On 29 September 2011, he was convicted of common assault after headbutting a fellow EDL member at a rally in Blackburn in April that year.[35] He was given a 12-week jail term, suspended for 12 months.[36] Robinson said that the assault had happened because of a confrontation with a neo-Nazi who had joined the EDL's rank and file.[37][38][39] Interviewed on BBC Three Counties Radio on 9 October 2013, the day after he had resigned from the EDL, Robinson said: "One of the things people condemn me for is having a criminal record; what they don't wish to say is that part of that criminal record is for confronting neo-Nazis in Blackburn at one of my demonstrations, where I was taken before the courts and charged for assault...during the last four years we've had in-house battles, physical battles to keep these elements out. Now I’ve got to the point—listeners can look on Youtube for 'RVF EDL', they'll see there's these Nazis and they're talking to me telling me they're going to kill me—and there are fifty of them with balaclavas on."[39]

On 8 November 2011, Robinson held a protest on the rooftop of the FIFA headquarters in Zürich against FIFA's ruling that the England national football team could not wear a Remembrance poppy symbol on their shirts. For this he was fined £3,000 and jailed for three days.[40]

In October 2012, Robinson was arrested and held on the charge of having entered the U.S. illegally. Robinson pleaded guilty at Southwark Crown Court to using someone else's passport—"possession of a false identity document with improper intention"—to travel to the United States in September 2012, and was sentenced in January to 10 months imprisonment.[41][42] He was sentenced under the name of Stephen Lennon, but the judge added that he suspected it was not his true name, in the sense that it was not the name on his own passport (not the borrowed one), Paul Harris. Robinson was released on electronic tag on 22 February 2013.[43] On being released, Robinson told the BBC that he was dismayed to discover that the EDL's ranks had been swollen with racist and neo-Nazi supporters: "I've battled for four years to keep certain elements out of this movement, to keep it down the path that we want to take it down. And I've seen that they've been welcomed back, they're the Nazis and the fascists—they were welcomed back."[44]

The Pakistani child grooming networks were an absolute horror and the British states absolute failure to protect its citizens was an outrage. My only problem with Muslim bashing rhetoric is that the other ignorant hateful monotheistic religions are not subject to similar condemnation....Paedophile sheltering Popes,... child murder and maiming Jews expanding their God given petty state...The condemnation of all falsehoods purveyed as God given superiority should be actively condemned///
They champion falsehood, support the butcher against the victim, the oppressor against the innocent child. May God mete them the punishment they deserve

The subtle difference between Islam and the two other religions of the book, is that neither Judaism nor Xtianity advocate the destruction of others to further their cause, while Islam vehemently encourages it's self-perceived god given right to do so.

I know dedicated, earnest and professional people who now work in the social services; youth workers, NGO staff, nurses specialising in related fields and school teachers.I don't have the experience of working in the UK to understand how a bureaucracy likely filled with similaly qualified people who for decades failed to recognise the the most utter evil being suffered by those who were in their charge....I'm socially liberal but view the abuse of children as a crime far more serious than murder. ..I'd literally hammer in the nails at the crucifixion of anyone guilty of such crimes.

I guess fear of bring called a racist shut many people up. plus the victims were seen as white trash, that the liberal elite hate.
The first people to dare talk about the crimes were the British National party- years before anyone else.
The establishments response was outrage, and they sent the BBC in undercover to investigate.
To investigate the BNP not the paedos, and try to imprison its leader.
    Nick Griffen
In 2004 he was secretly filmed describing Islam was a "wicked and vicious faith". He claimed gangs of Asian men were drugging and raping white girls as part of an Islamic plot to take over Britain. He spoke of "Muslim thugs and perverts", "young Paki street thugs" and Britain being "mongrelised out of existence". He was prosecuted for incitement to racial hatred but was acquitted, claiming his target was Islam, not Asians.
He eventually was made bankrupt from thr cost defending himself.

No such worries for you, eh?

So, anything to say about your op being based on a case that was tried over four years ago?

It speaks volumes that you have to pass off this story as current news.

And you 'don't think they have stopped'? Wow...what a compelling case you make there.

Senior judge slams lawyers for obstructing Rochdale child sex grooming gang deportation case

    4 FEBRUARY 2017 • 8:00PM

Lawyers are helping a child sex grooming gang avoid attempts to deport them by obstructing the courts and “weakening the rule of law”, Britain’s most senior immigration judge has warned.

Mr Justice Bernard McCloskey accused taxpayer funded lawyers representing the gang of treating the immigration tribunal, which will decide whether they should be allowed to remain in Britain, with “sustained and marked disrespect”.

The case has raised fears that convicted criminals are adopting a strategy of timewasting and obstructing the courts in an attempt to put off any possible deportation from the UK as long as possible.

The judge said there had been “multiple recent examples of similar conduct and misconduct” and has urged Government legal officials to mount an investigation into such cases.

MPs have accused lawyers of making money by “gaming the system” and using delaying tactics to spin out cases.

The gang from Rochdale are appealing against a decision by then then Home Secretary, Theresa May, to strip them of British citizenship as the first step to deporting them.

The four men, led by ringleader Shabir Ahmed, 63, were convicted in 2012 of preying on girls as young as 13 in Rochdale, plying them with drink and drugs before they were "passed around" for sex.

Shabir Ahmed led a child sex exploitation ring of nine men who targeted vulnerable young girls in the Rochdale and Oldham areas of Greater Manchester. He was sentenced to 22 years

Ahmed, who first came to the UK in 1967 aged 14 and was described by the judge at his trial as a "violent hypocritical bully", was given a 19-year sentence at Liverpool Crown Court in May 2012 for a string of child sex offences, including rape.

He was also jailed for 22 years, to run concurrently, in July 2012 for raping another child 30 times over a decade.

As well as appealing against deportation Ahmed appealed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), claiming his convictions for child sex offences were a conspiracy by police and members of the jury to "scapegoat" Muslims. He lost the claim.

Three other men convicted of child sex offences in the same case, Abdul Aziz, Adil Khan and Qari Abdul Rauf, are also appealing against being stripped of citizenship by the Home Secretary.

The conduct of these appeals has been cavalier and unprofessional. The rule of law has been weakened in consequence.
    Mr Justice Bernard McCloskey
Their solicitors, Nottingham-based firm Burton and Burton, are funded at taxpayer’s expense through the Legal Aid Fund, with their fees likely to be an estimated £50 to £70 an hour - which could add thousands of pounds over the course of the case..

In some of the strongest criticism delivered by a judge, Justice McCloskey, President of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, said: “The conduct of these appeals has been cavalier and unprofessional. The rule of law has been weakened in consequence.”

In a damning ruling Justice McCloskey said the men’s barristers and solicitors had failed to submit the necessary papers to the court and had repeatedly asked for adjournments.

Rajiv Sharma, the barrister who represented Ahmed, is a protege of one of Britain’s most famous campaigning lawyers, Michael Mansfield QC, and operates from chambers at the heart of Britain’s legal establishment in central London.

Barrister for the other three men was Zainul Jafferji, who specialises in human rights, personal immigration, commercial immigration and asylum law.

Mr Justice McCloskey described the circumstances which had forced him to adjourn the case last December as “frankly shameful”.

The judge, who is expected to deliver his decision on the men’s appeal against deportation this month, added: “Scarce judicial and administrative resources have been wasted in dealing with repeated unmeritorious requests by the Appellants’ solicitors for an adjournment.”

He also criticised Government lawyers representing the home secretary, saying that they had only produced a skeleton argument at the “eleventh hour” and only after repeated requests from tribunal staff.

“It was produced in egregious breach of the Tribunal’s Directions . . . A feeble and unacceptable excuse for this particular default has been proffered,” said the judge.

One of the other delayed cases referred to by the judge involved a 49-year-old Nigerian refused permission to stay in Britain after Home Office officials found he had cheated in English language tests required for permission to stay in the UK.

Justice McCloskey threatened to refer lawyers handling the Rochdale gang’s appeals to their professional bodies for disciplinary action, saying their behaviour could be regarded as being in contempt of court.

Rauf, 47, a father of five, originally from Pakistan who also acted as a religious studies teacher at a mosque in Rochdale, was released on licence in 2015 after serving half of a six-year sentence for trafficking a girl, aged 15, to the UK for sex, and for having sex with the youngster himself.

Aziz , a taxi driver, was cleared of two counts of rape but convicted of trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child and sentenced to 18 years.

He ferried the girls as far as Leeds and Bradford and was paid by the stream of men who used the girls for sex, getting £40 for each introduction.

Khan , 42, another taxi driver, was sentenced to 18 years for trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child. He came to Rochdale from Kashmiri Pakistan with his wife in 1997.

Tim Loughton MP, a member of the Home Affairs Select Committee, which has investigated delays in deportation cases, accused immigration lawyers of “playing the system”, with some cases being spun out over months and even years.

“We are seeing lawyers going through all sort of procedural measures to delay and delay on their client’s behalf,” he said. “In some cases the Home Office simply give up and let these people go rather than incur any further expense in detaining them pending deportation.”

The Government Legal Department said the Treasury Solicitor had apologised to Mr Justice McCloskey for any delays caused by the Home Office’s lawyers to the cases.

The barrister representing convicted child rapist Shabir Ahmed is a protege of one of Britain’s most famous campaigning lawyers.

Rajiv Sharma operates from the august surroundings of the 1 Gray’s Inn Square chambers led by Michael Mansfield QC, located at the heart of Britain’s legal establishment in central London.

He boasts on the chamber's’ website that he “is known both for his ability as an ardent advocate and his vast legal knowledge” of immigration law

Sharma was instructed by Manchester-based solicitors Platt Halpern, who dealt with the case pro bono - for no fee - but have since passed it on to Burton and Burton the firm dealing with the three other gang member’s cases.

Naila Akhter, a partner at Platt Halpern, said the firm had been given Ahmed’s appeal to handle at very short notice and had been forced to ask for an adjournment in order to receive the necessary paperwork to defend their client.

She said: “It’s appalling that we've been criticised in this way as we had only acted for the client on that single occasion. We have been doing pro-bono work for many years, representing vulnerable and underprivileged members of society and I (and my business partners ) were devastated by the judge’s comments.”

Representing Khan, Rauf and Aziz were Leicester-based immigration and human rights barrister Zainul Jafferji, and Burton & Burton Solicitors, a Nottingham firm headed by senior partner Mohammed Mahruf.

Mr Jafferji, who was called to the bar in 1999, specialises in human rights, personal immigration, commercial immigration, asylum, EU law on freedom of movement and unlawful detention.

Speaking at Burton and Burton's offices in a converted pub in Sneinton, Nottingham, Mr Mahruf said: "I have been advised that it would be best not to make any comment at this time while proceedings are on-going."

    Agree it is confusing.

Looks like several were tried and sentenced years ago, and now some more are up in court after years of delays .. or something

. In fact, police were able to arrest and charge another 8 Muslims found to be in connection with the rape gang bringing the total number involved to a whopping 17. Now, their trial is finally underway. Unfortunately for them, they recently walked outside of the courthouse after being released on bond and were more than likely wishing they had just stayed in jail. As it turns out, the Muslims would be left horrified to see who was waiting outside to confront them.

Are there lawyers actually representing the paedophile gang Collectively? I mean are they being represented both as individuals and bunched together as gang nonces?

I had some point of fact I wanted to convey but the whole miserable, procession of national shame and ineptitude of governance this horror story presented to the world is to dark to consider...

I don't follow UK current affairs closely these days, but the World Service is always playing in my apartment..I was under the impression that Robinson had left his role as leader of the EDL citing concerns about ultra far right neo-Nazi infiltration of his movement.

He left the EDL because he felt that its membership was of a type (thuggish, stupid, underclass) to alienate mainstream Britain. He then formed Pegida UK hoping to attract the educated middle-classes to his Neo-NAZI ideology. Unfortunately for him the far right in Britain is almost entirely the preserve of the thuggish, stupid underclass and his new target demographic entirely ignored him.

He now spends his time indulging in Streicher-esque pornographic propaganda as he fully understands the British media's obsession with perversion, rape, and paedophilia and uses that as a way to keep himself, to a limited extent, in the public eye.
