    Thai airways fucking ****s

    The missus went to get our air miles credited to our points account at Thai airways today. This is for my flight in March and her return flight May and August.

    For flights with THAI, Star Alliance and partner airlines, the ORIGINAL boarding passes and a copy of your ticket must be submitted to your local THAI office, or the Members Service Centre in Bangkok, within 6 months of the activity.
    On arriving at the office she presented my account number, boarding pass and e-ticket. The staff were extremely rude to her and told her that she can only claim the points back within four weeks of flying and dismissed her with a flick of their wrists.

    Needless to say the missus is fuming and so am I.

    The one thing I am really not missing from Thailand is the customer service. So far here all the companies I have had to deal with have been excellent. Even the bloody immigration office here.

    Anyway fucking ****s the lot of the stuck up purple suited bitches. I have sent a terse email to their customer service department but knowing Thailand they will not reply to it.

    I had an unused return portion of a thai airways ticket.
    They refused to give me a refund.
    I complained and complained for ages.
    They wouldn't give me any money.

    I mentioned it to a thai friend and he got me a cheque in 24 hours.
    They are cnuts.

    Never had an issue with TG, even changed tickets without charging a change fee.

    I think there's a status thing with working for them, you should have said to the hag who dissed your misses:

    I think the dismissed the missus cause she is a simple Thai woman and nothing special doesn't carry a fake louis vitton bag or really understand the whole points thing.

    I will send the missus to our travel agent to get things done next week, travel agent is lovely. She needs another ticket back out here anyways

    Thai airways don't charge for ticket changes, didn't charge for her ticket change. Still a bunch of fucking tossers though

    I must be using a different part of the Thai Airlines, all the FA's are aged and sleep most of the trip, OR they are poofters.
    The service has reallt dropped off in the last 10 years, I don't bother with them any more, Emirates do a better job for me anyway.
