New house or secondhand?
Secondhand you can have all sorts of problems with people involved. New is a lot easier.
I had friends try to buy two houses in Chach. One they gave up on because various people got involved trying to skim money off it and I think they bought the second one they looked at on finance., not 100% sure but I think there were no problems with that one.

my second hand one was a lot less hassle than my new one.
There you go then two different stories.
Good stuff.
Where is your new house and what happened to your old house? How big is your new place?
I'm still living in the old place.
will be until a new house gets built on the property we just bought.
can't live in the shack that we got with the land.
there's a thread about it somewhere.

In two minds whether or not to sell the one I'm in at the moment.
I would keep the wooden place.
i love them.
Built one place out in the village and bought a small three bedroom in the city so the kids could be close to a good school wich the missus took a loan out for the house was about 1.8 mil bht and we put about 200k down payments are 12k a month. Seemed very easy for the wife to get but there was loads for her and I to sign
so 15,000 sounds about right then thanks
