I bought a house for cash.
Agreeing the price took 3 months
The sale and paperwork took one day

    New house or secondhand?

Secondhand you can have all sorts of problems with people involved. New is a lot easier.

I had friends try to buy two houses in Chach. One they gave up on because various people got involved trying to skim money off it and I think they bought the second one they looked at on finance., not 100% sure but I think there were no problems with that one.

    Good stuff.

Where is your new house and what happened to your old house? How big is your new place?

I'm still living in the old place.
will be until a new house gets built on the property we just bought.
can't live in the shack that we got with the land.

there's a thread about it somewhere.

In two minds whether or not to sell the one I'm in at the moment.

Seemed very easy for the wife to get but there was loads for her and I to sign
