The ban on Marijuana was started by two Americans Hurst and Du-Pont
Du-Pont wanted to ban Hemp so he could push his newly invented Nylon.

And Hurst wanted to ban Hemp so he could buy up some CA Pine forests, clear them
to make paper, then flog the cleared land for housing and make squillions.

Pink Floyd should be on the list. Up there. I don't have all day to type all that could be on the list, but I do disagree with you on who should top the list. (But then, a matter of taste and background upbringing will come into it so there's no definitive "best"). Beethoven's 6th is it for me if I'm alone and contemplative. Ben Harper if I'm with friends, and almost any others on the list if with acquaintances or strangers.

Back home, an ounce will last me 6 months to a year, depending on how much I share. I have a toke almost every night. It's my nightcap.
I've never smoked before the evening. Of course there are party times when way more than a toke goes down, but it's been many years now and my usage has not gone up. It's not addictive, it's just a nice thing to take the edge off.
I don't see that as control (though I know where you are coming from) because it's not a conscious "better not have another". I just don't feel like another.

I only smoke when in Australia, this trip I'll be home 8 weeks.

Drop an ounce over that time, top quality stuff though and only need a bit for a giggle.

More than likely will have some left over and will freeze it for next swing back home.
