    Dear Dillinger.

I cordially invite you to sample "Withnalls balti delight - the curry that puts the curry into scurry and has you scurrying to the shithouse" - and remember to save that uneaten nan bread because we've got no bog roll.

Ahhh, espied the Pataks jar. No disparagement, Pataks is good. I was hoping that you'd made from scratch, though.

Whatever's in the wok is not what is in the bowl in the next photo. Explain, please, what you have cooked.

If you're making your own naan, in your own tandoor, my hat is off to you.

How many pieces a day may you prepare sir? I am available to take a sizeable proportion off you sir. What would be your best price in lots of 500 baba? Are you also doing Tandoori?

    Shiva blesses you.

Manaam, that is Half of that balti paste jar, 3 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 can of chopped tomatoes, i small can of tomato puree, half of a green, yellow and red pepper, some chilli powder, salt and pepper

And the first person who can guess the missing ingredient will win an all expenses paid
    box of leftovers

I haven't seen those Patak's jars around in ages. I think the importer stopped importing them, and Tops quit their Indian Curry section and replaced them with Japanese Curry sauces. Must be 6-12 months ago.

    Did you check the date?

Very nice to see you're "springboarding" (As Clive would say).
I think you may have added jeera, paprika, or tumeric. And if you didn't, you could have.

Impossible to be less from you. But kudos for admitting your silly answer was dickheadish.

    ^ Fek off.

6 pints of lager and you'd be licking that pan clean.
