    Gary fucking Glitter

In the Bangers Post today is an article about the Brit paedophile Gary Glitter and his problems in Vietnam.
According to the article he's paid $2,000 to the families of two girls, aged 11 and 12, who he was accused of having sex with.
The girls families have since changed their story on the events and it looks like the slaezy cnut will get a much shorter sentence should he be convicted.

The deputy police cheif said "Our investigations found Glitter had just kissed, fondled and licked the girls without having sexual intercourse and that he paid them each time he did that"

He now is looking at 6 months to 3 years if convicted.

I can only hope he gets 3 years and some one does him hard in prison. And he has to spend all his remaining savings on bribes to keep himself alive.

In a following article, also from Vietnam, a 61 year old Austrian man has been arrested following investigation from Interpol who have warrants for the man, Peter Mueller, on child sex charges in Austria, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

Do anything to cut my sentence ... I'll pay cash Vile ... Glitter
    FULL NEWS INDEXBy SIMON HUGHES
TWISTED Gary Glitter will do “anything” to evade child-sex charges, The Sun can reveal.
The admission was made yesterday by the vile paedophile’s Vietnamese lawyer Le Thanh Kinh.
He was explaining why the former glam rock star has paid £1,175 bribes to the poverty-stricken families of two young girls who accused him of rape.
The allegations have been DROPPED since the payments were made.
Mr Kinh said: “Gary Glitter told me to do anything to reduce the sentence and said he will pay money to do that.”

It is suspected the girls — ten and 12 when they accused the pervert — have changed their stories. The bribes mean Glitter, 61, will escape a possible death sentence.

    Bribes ... Glitter in Vietnam
    before police seized him

He is still in custody in Ria-Vung Tau charged with molesting the younger girl, now 11.

But he could now get away with just a six-month stretch.
Glitter is taking advantage of Vietnamese law which permits reduced sentences if compensation is paid and victims plead for leniency.
The bribes, handed over in US dollars, are three times the average annual wage in the South East Asian country. The equivalent here would be £72,000.

    Motorbike reward ... 'wife'
Hoang told cops she found girls

The payments were peanuts to the millionaire Seventies star, who still earns £100,000 a year in royalties from his hits.
Mr Kinh admitted: “I proposed to the families to pay them compensation. It wasn’t their idea.”
He said one family demanded £6,000 but he haggled them down.
The lawyer added that relatives had written to police asking for the rape probe to be dropped and urging leniency on the groping charge.
He said: “The compensation and letters will help reduce the prison term Gary may face. Probably it will be between six months and three years.”

    NI_MPU('middle');NI_MPU('Embedded for DHTML');

In another twist, the lawyer said the payments would NOT mean Glitter pleading guilty to the molestation allegation.
He added: “Gary said he has not done anything.” Before his arrest Glitter shared a villa with 18-year-old “wife” Hoang Thi Bong — who told cops she recruited young girls for him.

Hoang, an orphan, was rewarded with a £1,500 motorbike.

    Glitter 'to dodge jail term'
POP pervert Gary Glitter may be booted out of Vietnam without serving a jail term for child sex offences, his lawyer revealed yesterday.
And if he comes back to Britain he will NOT be jailed.
A Home office spokesman said: “Unless a Briton was put in prison abroad and requested to serve their sentence back in the UK, we would not have the authority to jail them on their return.”
Glitter, 61, has already forked out £1,175 bribes to escape a death sentence on rape charges.
It emerged yesterday he could be deported — even though Britain has asked he be dealt with in Vietnam.
Glitter is due to stand trial on a child molestation charge next year.
His lawyer Le Thanh Kinh said: “If deportation is applied as the main punishment, he will be expelled from the country without serving any more prison time.”

I'd be surprised if they let him back in DD. There aren't many places which welcome convicted Paedos back in with open arms.

I reckon the UK and a life being hounded by the Sun is his only option now.

I'm no fan of the Sun but in chasing down deviants thay are actually doing some good. Well done to them.

At the risk of being controversial I would be happier if I believed that the Sun was acting in the public interest. Unfortunately I think they are just interested in selling papers and GG is a good and repeatable headline for them. The papers were robbed of a prize a couple of years when they effectively bribed a witness to obtain a conviction. They could have done the same in Vietnam and been successful but maybe they think a GG out on the streets is more valuable to them than one banged up in a foreign prison.

    What? Me, cynical?
    Lord, deliver us from e-mail.

I hear what you're saying. There was some suspicion that this may have been a 'honey trap' set up with Glitter, however at the end of the day if he wasn't a paedo then he wouldn't have fallen into it.

daley and prof, please remember the press are not really interested in actual facts as they actually tend to be quite boring, I have been accused of 3 murders by the thai press and television over the past 12 or 13 years, the last couple they even published my picture and address on most tv channels and newspapers, and someone offered a 100,000baht reward for me, the police didn't even bother coming round my house to ask me about these murders, the press is a law unto it's self.

I can appreciate what yor saying DD. But Glitter has already been found guilty once of crimes against children, the likelyhood is hes at it again.

This is only my opinion, at the end of the day it is going to be upto a judge and jury what happens, i dont know the facts just like the rest of us dont know what really happened Its just unfortunate it seems to be going exactly the way i thought it would. The saying is true "money talks"

Quite so, and I have no disagreement that his behaviour falls well outside what, at the very least, can be described as acceptable for any decent person.

But again, at the risk of being controversial, GG's behaviour is reported on by the Sun to titillate the palates of it's readers and if GG or his like did not exist then they would have to find some other group that would perform the same function.

Guess where they would look for such a group? 'Disgusted' of Tunbridge Wells does not differentiate very much between what GG has done and what a large number of the contributors to this forum plan to do at the weekend.

So the pride of ThaiVisa has had his appeal against his jail term refused and will continue his 3year term for committing obscene acts with two young girls.
Glitter himself, considers it normal behaviour to have 11 year old girls urinate in his mouth.
The judge called him a "danger to society"

Hopefully the judge will remember these sentiments when Glitter is eligible for parole around Christmas.

This is an outrageous slur, there is no proof that Gary Glitter was ever an Admin on Thai Visa. You should be ashamed of yourself.
