Netflix and American customer service
I signed up to Netflix about 2 weeks ago,
The service and content of the month free trial was great until Thursday, when it just decided to stop at 25 percent loading after i'd tried to continue my binge watching of Peaky Blinders
Now it stops at fukkin 25 on everything, i was half way through Jimmy Carr too.
Ive googled "Netflix stops fukkin workin at 25" and it seems a common error with a load of solutions from a good mix of people like Cold Pizza.
Ive wasted a good few hours trying every bastard one of them solutions to no avail....then i came across Netfix helpline
Its an internet call, so its free. Being used to British Telecom i was expecting to be redirected to Gupta at his Mumbai helpdesk.
But no. The guy was a Merkin, probably that cnut Cold Pizza, although no you tube recommendations were forthcoming,.
Anyway I explained the problem and even listened to him and turned my tv on and off for a minute... like a twat, before telling him ive tried every solution online and that it works on my PC but not my Samsung TV or anything linked to it, and even have an error code- 013
Thats when he had his eureka moment and explained that my router wasnt "talking" to my TV.
