Next, back to my main task, how to establish a cheap and efficient way to purchase BTC/ETH in the UK using £, and in a way that allows those coins to be transferred to me in Thailand or for that matter anyone anywhere. While the effective arbitrage for THB is around 10-12% over bank/XE rates, every % point lost in exchanges/transfers makes quite a difference.

I undertand what bitcoins represents, but it's just delusional fairy tale

and if you think Buffet is playing the market, you are even more delusional

he would be violating all kind of investing ethics, and would expose himself to lawsuits from regulators and his own investors, the guy is under watch 24/7

It is very clear you do not grasp the significance of what the presence of the world's most powerful globally distributed computing network means, a decentralized network not under any government or bankster control.
What has happened here is something the earth and humanity have never seen before. It is very significant.

It gives true power to the people, unlike anything we have ever seen.

Apparently all created by anarchist AI too, as a means for them to steal millions upon millions before taking over the World. Read it yesterday.

Oh well, as long as they wait until after my December cash out.

just because you dream something up in your piss soaked brain doesn't suddenly make it "very likely".

I simply see big shot JP Morgan exec Jamie Dimon doing the same.

Hardly a stretch of imagination to suppose Warren Buffet's Bitcoin criticisms are disingenuous.

it's very clear you don't understand how money works and what constitute money and its role in a modern world, and you think we are still living in the 11th century with a middle age approach to currency

bitcoins is a 21st century solution to your middle age concept of money

welcome to the middle age, Earl

^Did they have electricity and the internet in the middle ages?

I think you missed the point, again, about your concept of money being stuck in the middle age

the corner stone of any currency is counter-party underlying financial strength,

there is no underlying financial strength in bitcoins, cumulative past transactions doesn't constitute a store of value of any kind, only in the mind of deranged crypto anarchists and fraudsters it does

the crypto angle is just icing on a rotten cake,

    comprende ?

Bit of a lull at the moment.

63% 2 days ago down to 48%, and just bobbing around there.

all those loons think that using some kind of measure, repeatedly, increase the value of the measure. By tracking it with bitcoins, they make the silly assumptions that it stores value of some kind, and that the more value increase the price of that measure

it's like saying that using a yardstick millions of times by millions of users increase the intrinsic value if yardstick, and that therefore the price of all yardsticks should rise. To limit the number of yardstick to trade in a complete "virtual" environment, you create some kind of crypto to protect that yardstick security (at least trying) and its production units. The consequences of this is that you simply create a bubble by forcing speculative price increase, and that all of this only happens in a virtual framework with rules that you can invent, like in a game.

in short, it's complete bullshit, and looks more like a game than anything else. Another reason why it has a huge attractive effects for Chavs and chinese gamblers, and I would suspect gamers too. See baldrick and friends fitting that profile perfectly

sorry mate, thats not how it works. the whole of the financial world, is totally smoke and mirrors. if u are powerfull enough that people take notice of wot u say ,, u can talk the price up or down, ie manipulate the market. insider trading is a norm.
