    Bitcoin keeps regulators scrambling
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US, as well as international regulators, continue to scramble to determine how to handle bitcoin trading, futures contracts and exchange-traded funds. The US Financial Stability Oversight Council is reviewing whether digital currencies pose systemic risk, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says.

    They should be scrambling!

Bitcoin and the concept of accountability has the world of criminal government and banksters scared in a very big way.

Bitcoin exposes their fraud. The fraud of government controlled fiat currency. The global USD fraud is now obvious for all to see and bitcoin is an honest answer....

The reality is such that the crypto-currency globally distributed network is indeed the most powerful computing network in existence.
Therefore it is indeed a very tangible asset which cannot be controlled by government.
This is the very first time in human history decentralized power is in the hands of regular people.
Regular folks do not want war, IRS, central government, militarized police.
On the horizon is the concept of globally citizenship.
Made possible by the existence of globally distributed currencies which every individual has control.

and all of that is paid for with taxes.

hence the need for the IRS.

    buy buy buy!!

    maybe.? Where's the bottom?

Its much harder making a buck in a falling market - separates the men from the boys!

reminds me of a joke -
"How do you separate the men from the boys in a gay bar?
    - With a crowbar!"

Gosh now Ray, don't you ever tire of projecting your own insecurities onto others?

I suppose it is a way for you to avoid facing the reality of being a cringing, fearful, small minded imbecile....

    Ouch.

Don't think I'll bother signing in and checking my portfolio this morning.

    Great time to buy.

Put in my final Long-term money last night.

Probably worth half now, but come December!

If you can't handle 50% losses, you can't handle 500% gains.

^Just for shits and grins, jot down on paper buying 100k Baht worth of the top 10 (by market cap) coins at the price they are right now. See where they are in 24hrs, 1 week, and 1 month. My best guess is that 1,000,000 Baht portfolio will be worth a lot more than 1,000,000 Baht at the later 2 reference points based on having looked at the historics of what's happened over the last year when this has happened (and there's been worse crashes than this).

I read somewhere yesterday that 98% of crypto currencies from 2013 are dead and worthless
