It's possible to release your own coins on XRP/XLM. You could make a TD coin. Without integration into the forum software it would be pretty useless though unless you wanted to manually C&P addresses into a wallet to transfer the TD fok coin.

In Jan. 2 or 3 times. Feb, normally only twice. March can be up to 4 bears and a goldilocks felch

April is tricky. The 1st can be fud e dud e and then the salty can FOMO and spatter the rest of the month

Etc etc

there is not enough history on Bitcoins to make assumption on seasonal effects, even January effects

also correlations are variable, so basically you are in the dark and exposed to a blackswan surprises

January effects is usually when smallcaps does well, and large cap poorly, but that effect over the years has disappeared and shifted to late Nov and early Dec

not even sure we can talk about January effects anymore, that "anomaly" is almost gone to make a viable arbitrage strategy
