    Food prices down?

    Village food commodity prices seem to be going down:
    The rice we feed our dogs was around 18bt, now 12bt/kilo 15 kilo. Quality rice for our consumption was 30-34bt..Today 29bt. Peanut cooking oil in 711 down 10bt a litre. Fish/veggies in market down a few baht.
    Beer?? Nah! Did get a free coffee mug though…

    Yep. Deflation. Thailand prefers to call it negative inflation.
    Sin tax on beer keeps price up.

    Palm oil prices are up lately.

    Noodle soup seems to be steady.

    Beer has been going up
