Very unlikely. Usually door and window frames are not water proof. And the weight of the water would be a pressure on breaking those glass frames as well.

Bollox, I believe that's a Upvc window without any openers, totally sealed.

under satefy regulations it probably needs to be able to stop neaderthal pissed up pommy cnuts breaking in during their demostrations of heredity stupidity , so thus being reinforced to a level such as that it could well be a true photo

the atmosphere was more pub than wine bar. we had a good lunch there and would go there again.
