1m 30s before any of the many who were there or passed by went to the aid of the injured, the dying or the dead.

the only positive thing to come from this was that the motorcyclist who caused this, the one who pulled out into the path of the other motorcyclist, got his just desserts and will neither be a danger on the roads again nor procreate giving life to another micro brained idiot.

Wow, notice the nonchalant driver who hit the motorcyclist? (although it wasn't his fault) still, he seemed more concerned over any damage to his vehicle, than to help the broken and dying dude...

They truly are a sub species.

The ape driving the white truck who totalled the injured morocycclist wandering in a daze did absolutely nothing for his hapless victim except dither aimlessly as he pondered with his two brain cells what to do.

A significant proportion of the Thai population are, quite simply, retarded.

Those pedestrian crossings in post 6 are just there for show and lull the tourist into a false sense of security.

Instead off improving safety they are dangerous.

Same, same in Phuket and Bangkok.

I think the alleged national IQ of 89 is vastly overestimated.

89 seems very low (for either/or)

Didn't take long for the tow truck to get there, less than a minute.

Fascinating to clock how Chiangmai folk stop and rush to help.
In most of the country they don't even stop.
That video posted earlier on the always keep your guard up thread shows the typical Thai response - walk on by.

The Op video occurred in Thalang Phuket .
A 60 year old man crossed in front of a Chinese national.
    Nobody was seriously injured.
He bounced well the old fool.
