Intersting that the Chines word for tea is 'cha', as in the cha lady, I wonder if that's where it came from? (do English offices still have the cha lady).
I prefer hong cha (red tea, nlack to us) and get it from my friends specialist tea shop. he won't accept payment but it's the most richly flavoured tea I've ever had and never fails to hit the spot. It comes out of a big sack and I get it by the bagful.
Sometimes a cup of tea's just a cup of tea but sometimes..... well, sometimes it's JUST right.
