I get the feeling that Baas must regret starting this thread - I doubt he will return to it.
No point we are all on ignore!

Master Babelaas, you may ask to be addressed that way by the school kids in China, however it will only be a memory now in SA.

Any genetic reason why most white South Effrikens are utter kunts?

Question Do you need this job...

    ...or not ?

Baas , if you need this to support yourself for the year...go with the flow as shit-tay as that sounds.
Your job basically is your visa to live abroad far away from the warm climes of Mother England a year at a time. Though winter in the UK must simply be lovely.
Additionally since you enjoy Asian wom-man on the cheap stay the course. Chill, smoke a dube on the w/e.

If you don't need or require this position to reside overseas (ie: you're self-funded and / or have the support of wealthy relatives) - sit your supervisor down and tell him to start writing your 'letter of recommendation' as you'll be expecting it at the end of the day.

If he states that he won't - politely (but firmly) TELL him to 'Foook orrff"...in proper English diction with a touch of nasal intonation before doing an about-face out through his office door.
On the way out ask the totally hot babe-bette secretary for her number and request her attendance at a champagne dinner later that night. Your celebratory treat.
Properly instruct her not to wear any underwear after she gives you her number. She'll appreciate your thoughtfulness ;-)

Enjoy the ride because in the end you know exactly who holds the cards when you're working for someone else ; particularly if a Visa is involved.

As always it's your decision and my advice is free. Peace.

Thread has been trimmed. Randomly selective though, which is weird.

Some, with time on their hands, prefer "giving a little" to their adopted country may involve more than paying the bar fine.
