What were once empty, peaceful coral reefs are now 'stolen property', in my books at least.

Since they no longer serve any useful purpose (except to the Chimates) they would make for good target practice by other nations.

Yet, quite acceptable [through many eyes] for particular English-speaking cultures to push and spread their form of conquest the world over, historically - ain't it?
