One room/ condo/home in Isaan.includes bathroom,toilet no cooking facilities.

Approx size 9 metres by 4 height 6 metres slight sloping roof, over hang of roof approx 1.5 metres. concrete under over hang and tiled only inside with the cheapest of the cheapest tiles.

Price includes all fixtures fittings which there ain't anything double sliding door, door to bathroom cheapo toilet and usual Thai splash shower.

Built with breeze blocks and concrete pillars , aluminium structure for roof.

How much Thai baht.?
