Kanye tells MTV Video Music Awards he wants to 'run for president'

Kanye West stole the show at the MTV Video Music Awards by declaring that he will run for US president in 2020.
He was given the lifetime achievement award.
During his rambling speech he said "I have decided in 2020 to run for president."

And, I thought Michelle's arse made the Whitehouse look small.
