This has worked for me; I have been doing this about 15 years.
Eat a base meal before a drinking session or outing.
Thereafter eat a
small meal every 3 hours (or so). Can be a bar food like a sausage or a home half sandwich or sandwich or a convenience store mini-meal.
Every 2 1/2 hour I take one-half of a vitamin B-complex. On a longer nightly session I'll take 3 of these "halfs" and always to another half right before you go to bed.
During the drinking session regulary take small sips of water (from a water bottle, e.g.).
The next morning you will NOT have a hangover (unless of course you go on a massive bender of say, 10 hours+).
