    God botherers can't stop wanking

    Porn-again Christians turn to software

New Zealand churches are targeting internet pornography with new software that allows porn addicts to electronically monitor and support each other.

The move comes on the heels of an American survey that showed 50 per cent of Christian men and 20% of Christian women were addicted to pornography.
The availability of pornography on the internet was blamed as the culprit, many respondents saying they spent over 11 hours a week viewing cyber-sex.
The American poll, conducted by ChristiaNet. com, the world's most-visited Christian website, asked 1000 respondents about their personal sexual conduct.
Over half the male respondents admitted to "struggling with looking at pornography on an ongoing basis".
Internet pornography was named as the main way of accessing the material.
Females were not immune, 60% saying they had "significant struggles with lust", 40% saying they were involved in "sexual sin" in the last year, and 20% reporting an addiction to pornography.
A youth group leader at Christchurch's Grace Vineyard Church, Scottie Young, said new software was helping combat the problem.
The program X3 Watch allowed a "buddy" to see what a person had downloaded and emailed their supporter any "questionable" sites that had been visited. The idea was similar to the Alcoholics Anonymous approach, where addicts paired with a fellow sufferer for mutual support, he said.
Young said he did not access pornography but most of his friends used the program.
In his case it was to allow his wife "peace of mind".
Young said the "mainstreaming" of sexuality had meant younger and younger children were encountering pornography.
St Christopher's Church youth pastor John Stringer said although the problem was not an epidemic in New Zealand it was on the rise, particularly among teenagers.
Pornography gave youths false impressions about sexuality and led to impoverished relationships, he said.
Young agreed that pornography was harming relationships. "They say you love the one you're with, and if you're constantly looking at a 20-year-old nympho you soon lose connection with your real partner," Young added yesterday

Bunch of fvcking tossers these bastards are:

Bullshit. The key is to look at the 20-year-old nymphos together!

Bible drawn into Hong Kong sex publication row

HONG KONG: More than 800 Hong Kong residents have called on authorities to reclassify the Bible as "indecent" due to its sexual and violent content, following an uproar over a sex column in a university student journal.

A spokesperson for Hong Kong's Television and Entertainment Licensing authority (TELA) said it had received 838 complaints about the Bible by noon on Wednesday.

The complaints follow the launch of an anonymous Web site – ¥O¤H¾Ô·Xªº¸t¸g – which said the holy book "made one tremble" given its sexual and violent content, including rape and incest.
The Web site said the Bible's sexual content "far exceeds" that of a recent sex column published in the Chinese University's "Student Press" magazine, which had asked readers whether they'd ever fantasised about incest or bestiality.

That column was later deemed "indecent" by the Obscene Articles Tribunal, sparking a storm of debate about social morality and freedom of speech. Student editors of the journal defended it, saying open sexual debate was a basic right.

If the Bible is similarly classified as "indecent" by authorities, only those over 18 could buy the holy book and it would need to be sealed in a wrapper with a statutory warning notice.

TELA said it was still undecided on whether the Bible had violated Hong Kong's obscene and indecent articles laws.
But a local protestant minister shrugged off this possibility.
"If there is rape mentioned in the Bible, it doesn't mean it encourages those activities," said Reverend Wu Chi-wai. "It's just common sense . . . I don't think that criticism will have strong support from the public," he added.

(sadly failed, bible is still available to under 18s in HK)

It doesn't upset me, it makes me happy, all those frustrated God botherers, furtively tossing themselves off while watching porn and Oh my! the guilt trip afterwards.
My first job was doing an apprenticeship under a member of the exclusive Brethern, I would bring Playboy mag in and wave under his nose. He would give me long and tedious lectures, but as soon as I couldn't see, guess who was scrabbling through the mags?

    Let me rephrase:
Not everyone who reads or takes an interest in the bible is or will become a "Extreemist Christian", so why should the bible be banned? Because Mr. Scamp's disturbed mind is in overdrive again?
