I agree completely. Where is the victim, FFS ?

In ancient and traditional social culture women are popping out babies at 13-14 years and men would got to battle/hunt/labor/breed at 14-15 years.

My question is along the lines of this.

Just what the hell is wrong with these two teachers? They must be on dope.

How did they convince themselves that bedding this youngster was worth risking their careers. They had to discuss it, I can't believe this was a spontaneous romp in the hay. What possible benefit justifies losing their careers, and, the jail time they will be sentenced to?

Strange. Even after 35 years, at that school reunion i went to, the guys (in their early to mid fifties) were still almost drooling over some Spanish teacher we had had!!

We worked out that she must have been about 25 when they were 15. But nothing happened way back then. Nowadays it seems to be happening almost daily.

On the other hand, the male teachers at that time were ugly as sin. Not one of them got our hormones dancing.

No one is saying it's not a crime or that the teachers shouldn't be punished, just that in this instance it's a victimless crime and the teachers don't deserve jail time on top of losing their jobs, barred from teaching and being put on a sex offenders list.

Why would you ever choose to have laws that make it easier for people to get away with child abuse for goodness sake? You start making exceptions and you start allowing abuse to slip through the net. How can you be ok with that?

I'm not advocating changing the law, everyone has the right to a trial as an individual and every case should be decided on its own merits and judges have a lot of leeway in sentencing, and in this individual case a jail sentence in my opinion would be way over the top on top of losing their jobs, never being able to work in their chosen profession again and being on a sex offenders list which in this case I also view aswell over the top as how does getting fuked senseless by a horny 16 year old lad make you a sex offender. How many murders will be committed today where people face the death penalty, will that reduce the number of murders being committed tomorrow or next week???

You're now morphing into Kingwilly, I'm not talking about any other cases or 'what ifs' in this case, I'm judging this case solely on the information currently available, as in a horny 16 year old lad struck lucky and fuked 2 of his teachers and was proud to do so and more than likely the lad would do the same again given the opportunity, hence a victimless crime perpetuated by 2 women who should have known better and will have to pay a heavy price for their actions but that heavy price in this particular case for this victimless crime shouldn't involve jail.

They are charged with giving a 16-yr-old probably the best night he's ever had (and maybe even will have).

I just wish I had nice lady teachers like that at my school.

They've been fired and it will rightly ruin their teaching careers (although you don't know what lessons he learned that night), and they will ludicrously go on the sex offenders register. Probation on top of that is more than sufficient.

Frankly I'd like to see all those Catholic kiddie fiddlers who've got away with far more hauled in front of the courts before they try these two.

I know exactly what you're saying mate I just don't understand why you think the world works like that. You can't deal with things by looking at individual, bite size little pieces. Everything is connected and is part of the bigger picture.

If you don't throw the book at people like this then next week a male teacher is thinking great, I can have sex with buriramboy's 16 year old daughter and the worst that will happen is I lose my job, I'll take that chance.

You can look at 'individual cases' as much as you want as long as you're happy knowing that as a direct result you are increasing the chances of your own daughter being abused.

Are you going to be fine the day you get the news that your 16 year old daughter has been caught having sex with her P.E teacher? Think about that honestly, your daughter isn't far off 16 is she?
