"Made in Daming Xuande" means this thing was made in Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Xuande was one of the emperors in this period of time
It's an elaborate Made In China sign... although... not the typical kind.
It says "This Item was made in the Xuan De Ming Dynasty"

Oh and in case the OP is wondering.... that mark on the bottom of a piece of pottery is is really rather common. It being genuine is really rather rare.
It means, " Made in China "
