How any method of Capital punishment can be considered humane
if it is humane, then it is not much of a punishment.

someone should be held accountable for this....but likely won't be
the only person who should be held accountable for this is the person who, of their own choosing, put themselves in this position in the first place by murdering the poor victim. he brought the whole lot down upon himself.

what on earth is the matter with you people, a murderer, who shot, raped and buried alive his victim, gets his just deserts and people here are crying foul.

The americans will work themselves into a tizzy over this. There are (as far as I am aware) consitutional stipulations against "cruel and unusual" forms of punishment. The anti-death penalty lobby will ride this for all they are worth, and I bet there will be long term consequences. I would bet money that there are already moves in place to stop all executions in US -and they will have a good shot at making it permanant.

Not that I am stating a position (pro or anti) on the death penalty, just commenting on the american penchant for embroiling themselves in legal morassess.

In a nutshell Tax was the Horrific treatment that was administered to the young lady judged as some how "humane" , This some how appears to slip the minds of the bleeding hearts brigade such as "The axe man" Mid ,Troy ,Neemo and all the other politically correct apologists for evil , what surprises me most is the "race card" has not been played that this only happened cos the condemned man was a Coon .

those who baulk at rewarding heinous crimes with heinous punishments do society no service whatsoever. they just empower the lawless and the murderous.

kindness and mercy is fine for the kind and the merciful, but not for the murderous and the cruel. give them a taste of what they themselves have dished out.

Well said Tax , What can one say? your post whilst explaining it all to those with a modicum of sense ,will fall on deaf ears and blind eyes, who's only concern appears to be for the "rights" of perpetrator of this inhumane crime, whilst totally forgetting the suffering of the young lady in question and the life long suffering of her loved ones , for the life in me I will NEVER understand what makes these loons tick .

I don't consider myself a "loon", but I do believe that if you have a death penalty, it is the application of legal process and detachment of emotion that separates the act from the punishment.

a rabid dog is not accountable for its behaviour.

murderers and the violent usually are.

and i hardly think half an hour hallucinating on midazolam amounts to torture.

Just keep on Squirming, and keep trying to make an excuse for the king sized clanger you dropped in your post #51 which you suggested that there was some sort of "cover up", although you admitted there was no evidence to prove it , hey Sunshine is there any chance we can stick to "facts" and not in your case get carried away by totally un provable bollocks ?

Firstly in this case you have to prove that it was intentional torture and not just an accident ,waiting in anticipation to read the "evidence"

Really Sherlock? If its evidence then why did you write in your post #51 "no one will ever know"? you appear to be shifting your opinions with the blowing of the wind

Hey TE you don't really expect an answer do you? there only concerns are for the "rights" of the murdering " scum bag" ,and for Neemo to come out with the remark"the World is watching" as if this "Animal" was some how intentionally " Murdered", when all it was was a mistake in legally removing this scum bag from the planet , and of course the racist drums will be banged long and hard without any doubt , with Obama himself getting involved ,with millions being awarded to the relations of the monster whose human rights were infringed ,mean while the real victim 's of this crime the loved ones of the young Girl will get SFA , funny old world ain't it

Quite possibly?are you saying that cos the Blinds were drawn this is all the proof you need, when in your earlier submission you plainly say that because the blinds were drawn no will ever ever know what took place? FFS spit it out man and go back to your post #51 at least it had a bare semblance of truth about it .

Yeah better for you to capitulate, as even I was beginning to feel embarrassment for you with your load of unintelligible Crap , no doubt you will be receiving a bit of back up from Neemo and Co ,which IMHO only confirms that you ain't a clue as to whether your arsehole is Either punched or drilled
