After flipping through the field guide 'Birds of Thailand' twice I was going to suggest Oriental Pratincole but I see Patrick gave the right answer. Here a clear photo of the differences between the 2 species.

Can't be many frenchies on your rig - they would have eaten that in about 3 seconds.
