It would look better on a more classy granite worktop
Having your knifes out like that is a security risk; you may as well get a flashing neon sign above them saying "hey burglars, here are my blades, why don't you pick one up and stab me."
I only have one blade in my house - kind of a Rambo knife but much better - and I always know where it is and the bad guys don't.
Oh, and Bundaberg is for poofters.

Just been down to The Glass House on Jomtien beach for some grub and they serve a wicked pint of Stella on tap.

This evening I took my daily stroll along sukhumvit from soi 22 down to soi 4, where I sat outside at a pub called hooligans or hanrahans or something, watched part of an australian rugby league match, and took in the sleazy street life.
For refreshment I ordered an iced lemon tea, it came in a long glass, was nicely chilled and surprisingly, not full of ice like so many drinks in this country, just a few cubes rattling at the top of the drink. The long narrow glass ensured that they didnt melt too quickly and there was still ice left when I finished the drink after fifteen or so minutes.
The colour was good, a deep orangy yellow, and the tea was strong, the lemon flavour noticeable, but not overpowering or sour, it was probably an english breakfast tea with half a squeezed lemon, two quarter wedges of lemon, not lime, were present as a garnish and the drink was unsweetened. Two small pourers were offered, one with syrup, one with brown sugar in case I wanted to sweeten the tea, but after tasting, I declined the sweeteners.
The service was friendly, the rugby was riveting, and the action on the street fascinating. An amiable aussie ambled out of the bar for a smoke and joined me, he offered me a cigarette, I havent smoked in many years but in the spirit of furthering anglo aussie relations I accepted and although I was reminded of the joys of nicotine. I declined the offered second cigarette.
He declined my offer of a drink and after finishing his second cigarette returned inside to join his mates watching the game inside.
I finished my second tea, relieved myself of a long burbling fart and called for the bill.
The bill was 120 baht for 2 teas which I though very reasonable for nearly an hours relaxation.

A cuppa yorkshire and a chocolate digestive trumps a chang every time.
I always liked screwdrivers. Problem here in Messiko is the OJ in bars is usually sugar-water-orange-dye piss. So I tried a tomato-based juice called, Clamato. It's kinda like V8 but a lil richer. Sure goes well with Vodka. Cheers.

From my post No. 44 on here, this wasn't a bad drop of plonk. Picked it up in Villa for ThB 499. They do a Chardonnay and a Chiraz too.
