Thread: Great TRUE technicians

I had a problem with my internet connection constantly clicking on and off, so I called true and asked for a serviceman to come and check. They told me the 'technician' would be there the same afternoon, and if it was their problem the call would be free. If it was my problem I would have to pay 350 baht. Okay, happy to pay.

Two of them duly arrived, and as fortune would have it, one of them live three doors down from me. The plug in the wall was faulty so they replaced that, and he told me that their expectation was 70% of the band you pay for. When I showed him the bill and he saw 216 he laughed...told me time to upgrade...

I assurred him it was fast enough for me as long as he fixed the plug...

Later in the afternoon he phoned to check if everything was okay, and asked my wife to check the speed...oh 512...neighbour had flicked me an upgrade on the sly...ta very much
