Thread: Night Night

I am an insomniac, where i live they seem to talk and talk all night. It is hot, open windows etc.

So, in my dillema i reached out to You Tube. And found some really fuccing relaxing music.

From all sorts to weird ones.

But they do work. I can't quote any at the moment. There are so many, but i just choose one and off i go to la la land.

Just look up Sleeping music. Shuts me up!!!

Better than sleeping pills.
