For one Seattle woman, a mind-blowing orgasm sent her to heaven - and then to the emergency room.

Liz had just had sex with her partner Eric, but well after he climbed out of bed, Liz was hitting new peaks of pleasure.
About an hour into her epic climax, Liz started to panic. By the second hour, the panting woman was rushed to hospital where medical staff thought she was in labor.

Liz's orgasm lasted for over three hours before she finally found relief.

Liz, who didn't give her last name, recounted how she tried everything from jumping to drinking to shake the ache.

'I started hopping up and down to see if that would do anything,' Liz said about her first frenzied hour.

'I started trying to drink wine to see if that would calm down my system. I tried just about every possible thing I could do to stop having an orgasm.'

Erectile dysfunction are two words most men shudder at the thought of – but an even scarier prospect is when an erection lasts for five weeks.

That was the case for one young man who attended a Dublin hospital after a bike injury.

The 22-year-old mountain biker’s unfortunate ailment, known as priapism, was caused when he sustained a straddle injury on the crossbar of his bike that resulted in an irregular blood flow to his penis.

The man did not attend Tallaght Hospital until five weeks after sustaining the injury and medics reported that the initial examination ‘revealed no signs of injury, but penis was erect’.

A doctor who treated the man said that intercourse would have been ‘possible, but painful’ for the man during his ordeal.

According to the Irish Examiner, Dr Ronan Browne, Consultant Intervention radiologist at Tallaght Hospital, said: 'It was an anxious time for the patient as it would be for any young man.'

A report in the Irish Medical Journal into the treatment of the man stated the unnamed patient’s ‘rigid erection’ could have caused a blood clot if it had not been treated.

After several different treatments, the man’s swelling finally subsided when doctors inserted gel foam and four tiny platinum coils at an abnormal connection between an artery and a vein that supplied blood to the man’s penis.

This reduced the ‘high flow’ blood supply to his member

A WOMAN has been charged with attempting to murder her husband by putting poo into his IV drip as he recovered from surgery.
Rosemary Vogel's husband, 66, was in a critical condition after heart surgery when she allegedly injected the faeces into his IV line at Chandler Regional Medical Centre in Phoenix, Arizona.

Police told KTVK-TV that hospital staff were alerted when a warning alarm went off and allegedly saw Vogel, 65, fiddling with her husband's IV.
Anurse saw that the IV line contained a brown matter and immediately removed it from her husband's arm.
Chandler Police Sergeant Joe Favazzo said that Vogel then attempted to drain the fluid from the line into a wastebasket and a nurse intervened.
Vogel's purse was searched and three syringes were found inside. Two filled with fluid and a third filled with poo, Sgt Favazzo said.
Tests on the substance in her husband's IV line determined it was faeces.
"This is the first that I've heard where faecal matter has been injected into an IV system," Sgt. Favazzo told KTVK.

Vogel's husband was expected to survive the alleged murder attempt.
"He's in his recovery process not only from his medical procedure, but from this attempt on his life," Sgt Favazzo said.
Vogel was arrested and is in custody pending a $100,000 bond. She is charged with attempted murder and vulnerable adult abuse.

Woman trolls herself on Facebook, gets almost two years in prison


A WOMAN has been jailed for trolling herself after she unleashed a year of vile abuse at her own Facebook account.
Michelle Chapman, 24, from the UK claimed to have suffered from a torrent of sexual taunts that came from members of her own family, the Mirror reports.
However, it turned out these were all from accounts she had set up herself as part of a yearlong vendetta against her father and new stepmother.

Chapman had fallen out with her in-laws after trying to reunite with the father she had not seen for 21 years. But things didn't go well and after an argument Chapman plotted a revenge attack via social media.
She began by creating a Facebook account for her new stepmother, Louise Steen, which was used to send abusive messages to her father in an attempt to split them up.
More profiles were created for other family members and over the course of the next year she trolled herself, sending messages of a "very unpleasant sexual nature" to her own account.
She then contacted police to complain about the abuse, which led to unwitting family members being arrested and warned. Chapman's activities were found out when police investigated the matter and found all the Facebook accounts in question had been created at her address.
"She said that she wanted revenge on her father for matters in the past. She just wanted to make their life hell," Prosecutor Philip Lee said.
At a court hearing Chapman admitted to committing actions intended to pervert the course of justice and has been jailed for 20 months. It is believed this is the first case of someone in Britain being jailed for trolling themselves.
She has been handed a restraining order against her victims and banned from having computer equipment.
