No, the Germanic tribes, Burgundians, Goths etc pushed the Romans out of what used to be Gaul. Then they mixed with the natives and lost some of their blue-eyed and blonde traits. An emigration in the other direction never happened, so to the East of the Rhine and beyond, the blondes kept to themselves. The 'Aryan' look has more to do with geography than race, it originates from around the Baltic Sea. The Germanic, Finnic, or Slavic people from the area all look the same.
