Does anybody else think clint Eastwood is crap?

    I do.

Just watched some of Million Dollar Baby, might see the rest tomorrow if I can put up with his silly put on husky, gravel voice which is getting beyond rediculous.

At 87 or however fucking old he is, isn't it about time he stopped trying to be cool and stayed behind the camera - he can direct, just, but everything else he has done has clearly gone to his head, the knock-need knackered old has been.
"I'm an outsider by choice, but not truly. It's the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out. I'd rather be in, in a good system. That's where my discontent comes from: being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin' straight ahead. Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."

Was good early on building the image then fell apart, mebbe through rubbish acting/characters but wtf he's loaded so must be doing something right.

Kudos to Sean Connery, one of the few that started well, been there, dun it and still going strong without an ego the size of a planet.

I'm not a fan of his directing.

    I didn't like Unforgiven.

Many of his movies didn't grab me too much: "heartbreak ridge," e.g.

I did like "Escape from Alcatraz" and the movie "Sudden Impact."

"The gauntlet" was a little over the top, after I saw it again when I was older.

"Everywhich way but loose" was cute and good when I was 10.

When I saw it later in life, I thought it was a bit dumb.

    I liked it too.
I've always thought he's overrated as an actor, but thats not to say I don't enjoy some of his films.
The Good, The Bad and the Ugly can act as a proxy for all of his spaghetti westerns.

Well that really sounds doubtful, since no one has mentioned getting it up and you have to run in and brag about it,, might be that you are having some trouble.
I didn't think that a sex life comprised of sucking one had anything to do with getting it up tho.
Let us in on this shit HUH. Why is it that fags are wanting to get married??

Princess Di fancied Clint Eastwood, that must have gone to his head, then that song by Gorillaz, that must have gone to his head, then Marty McFly saying his name is Clint Eastwood in Back To The Future 3, and now is voice sounds like he has throat cancer.

Still, he's not as good at playing Clint Eastwood as Steve Martin is at playing an unfunny albino twat.

I think he is doing OK - making big bucks from low budget movies.

And for the record - I think Sean Connery is overrated. Mediocre actor with an inflated ego.
