Ok , I know most of you have greasy fingers - but how many of you are willing to admit it?

Admit something before being proven guilty - are you crazy?
Dirty dog has got green fingers! Does that count? you see his wife is an older lady....
I wash my hands alot and I very rarely shake hands with people here in thailand - too many greasy hands..
whaaddya mean?
Do sweaty bollocks count?
^ nah - dont wanna touch them either!
^that's not what i really meant actually .... i'm quite drunk, you know..
what i was really talking about is the western custom of shaking hands. it's unhigeinic (sp?) . it's the most common way that infulenza and colds are spread .
..bowing, nodding, or waiing are cleaner and easier ways of greeting people everyday in the city......or even in the counrty
There are even differences between the USA and UK. In the USA, when a male and female know each other they each give them a kiss on the cheek. Here in the UK, it seems to only be a handshake or a simple hello. I konw it changes a bit across the Channel with both cheeks, but just interesting to see the differences...
I suffer from sweaty palms and before I shake hands with someone I have to rub them vigorously on my trousers....my palms that is, not the person I am greeting. I'm tempted to adopt one of those clenched fist greetings - Problem is that if the other person reaches out for a normal handshake it turns into a game of paper, rock, scissors, and I lose....I obviously need to develop a new 'scissor' handshake technique....But what if I meet someone who comes at me with a clenched fist greeting....Damn! why is everything in life so complicated....And all because of my sweaty palms.
Back off Margaret, you're on a sugar rush!
