Trying to think of any situation where an employee would smack an intern like that. can't come up with a scenario.

Interestingly though, both the employee AND the intern were dismissed (according to the vid). So there may well have been "provacation" (in some way), but still think that repeatedly smacking some one in the face is not the way forward....

Does the video actually show the guy smacking him; the chair back is in the way and the guy doesn't seem to recoil much, if at all
