Who Sent Me "The Rape of Nanking"?

It arrived from Asia Books a few weeks ago and was sent to my mailing address, which is not my current residence address. The house number was one digit off. There was no receipt inside.

Hardly anyone knows my mailing address (I don't get much mail), so I'm baffled as to who to thank.

    RDN? Was it you?

This is why I'm a hermit. I don't think I could handle this sort of "humor" in person....

I guess there was a fair bit of actual rape during the rape of Nanking. I went to Kanchanburi ( home to Jap the army during ww2) a few months ago and observed that some of the residents had noticably East Asian facial features.

    * I found Abe's comments about "comfort women" most offensive. What a twat.

They champion falsehood, support the butcher against the victim, the oppressor against the innocent child. May God mete them the punishment they deserve

^ Mad Dog - Good book on the subject - "One Fourteenth of an Elephant" by Ian Denys Peek. It is about a POW during that time who wrote about his time on the Railway in Thailand. Highly recommended - found it a bit "touched up" and some parts hard to believe but great book nonetheless.

Yes on both counts. Some horrific photos as well.
