    they are cleaning all the canals out in CM, so unless a certain person dies, then it will be a wet one

    Not sure of the meaning " dry " tbh. songkran without getting soaked or not putting a few beers away seems a travesty to me. No thanks

    Perhaps his reference is for the last 10 + years one can't decifer the difference from the hot/dry into the rainy season...

    Of late, quite often the rains come early - before Songkran or around the seond/thid week of April.
