Dual pricing - unconstitutional under Section 30 of the Thai constitution

Dual pricing and social media – a dangerous mix for Asiatique The Riverfront | The World & His Tuk Tuk

    http://www.senate.go.th/th_senate/En...tution2007.pdf

but government-run facilities operate dual pricing as much as everyone else, if not more.
The Thai constitution provides protection against unjust discrimination

Visit a national park and, as a foreign citizen, you will pay as much as ten times more than the Thai in the queue in front of you. In fact, just in October the entrance fees to the twenty-nine ‘grade A’ national parks – among them the popular Erawan national park in Kanchanaburi – were increased to 100 baht for Thai adults and 500 baht for foreign adults.
Don’t argue with idiots because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

so dull and boring you cannot resist reading what i write and responding?

says much more about your dull existence i think!

a person of sound mind would simply ignore what they regarded as boring.
is it your personal goal to start as many shit fights as possible? inadequate in some department are you?

I'll ask you again as all you seem to do is avoid questions. Have you ever been to Thailand? Restaurants and supermarkets in your own country don't count.

Boring people with no social skills like you need to understand that life exists outside your moms basement.

My purpose is to help you adjust to a normal life and stop your inane chatter from affecting others.

    Answer the question fucktard.

Yes in answer to your question.

now can you answer why you feel unable to just ignore me and try to initiate a shit fight at every opportunity, is your life really that dull?

since you bring up social skills, is it because you cannot express yourself that you resort to personal insults?

it is your self appointed duty to stop what you consider is not suitable for others?

Nice to see you have started to answer questions, even if it is one of your own.

    Keep talking to yourself dummy.

I still don't believe you have ever been to Thailand. When and how long for? Long weekend, border run from Burma?

Obviously not as dull as someone who lives thousands of miles away from Thailand, has apparently rarely been here, let alone lived here, yet still finds time to read through the Thai Constitution about a section that does not apply (because....it's a constitution for Thai Nationals) about a subject that would not really apply to him anyway as they do not charge Thai's and Farangs different prices in the Soi 6 bars which will no doubt form the majority of your tourism activities.

Seriously - how dull are you? There must be a forum for which ever country you actually live in? Do you post relentlessly on the web board of your local supermarket because you once went there?

It talks about 'unjust' discrimination; if the discrimination serves to irritate the kind of person who whines about double pricing, I think it probably becomes an important qualifier.

Typical smarmy, chickenhead hypocrisy. Funny, I don't recall the divers UN charters qualifying the human rights principles between just and unjust. But then, I imagine they were operating to a code inexplicable to a bunch of savages.

    Ghastly people.

Didn't think you would be able to answer logically. Typical of self righteous keyboard warriors.

Why would I talk to myself when I can always rely on you frothing at the mouth unleashing your bile? it's nice you have a hobby in your shit fighting though.

Believe what you wish, you have been wrong about the majority of your guesses, why would this one be any different?

Given that, rather like America, Thailand's government infustructure has little interest in compliance with the constitution; if you believe that the dual fees at the national parks are unconstitutional and you want to change this... You have but one option which is to do what every American has to do, go to court. In Thailand's case it's the administrative court.

Nice how the 'unjust' was put in there. Turns everything else into just hot air.

You gave a one word answer to my question, Have you ever been to Thailand. What have you got to hide? Maybe you are ashamed to tell us how long and when, because you don't want to tell the truth and expose your self to more ridicule.

Then you answer your own question with another question. What has logic got to do with that?
