Anyone click on the rick anyisis bit

Values of the Risk Attitude Index over 85% are typical for people who tend to engage in very risky behavior. Values of the Risk Attitude index below 35% usually mean that the person has increased aspiration for safety and stability.

Seems like I don't know myself when reading the description. Or the test is flawed.

What a bunch of flokking crap... Meyers Briggs, two ladies I believe, made a friggin fortune with this shit....

For a year in Boston I was a "Changen Agent Consultant" using this shit as the basis for identifying personalities in conflict. Major contracts with area high-tech companies, hospitals, banks and universities trying to manage change for the "good" of the enterprise. Of course personalities are the greatest hinderance to any major changes in a large organization..... my pie is bigger/better than your pie... totally human nature.

Problem is, studies have shown that Meyers Briggs is no better, no worse than your average parlor game... Totally dependendant on environment, pressure and needs.

I quit after a year and my BiL is STILL flogging the process at $2,000 a day in fees.

My "success" story was a major teaching hospital where the researchers, IT staff, hospital administration and the school all had different systems.

A researcher could not check patients in the clinic, nor could teachers use the patients (anonomously) in lesson planning due to a total disconnect with all three major funtions of the university. Cost them about $13MM a year in extra effort I figured.

We did the testing, one-on-one counselling and group discussion on their "personalities". A very lengthy process that I won't go into here but it was multiple meetins every day for months. A decision was reach in consensus ... Yeah!

Flokking thing blew up in about 6 months after spending several hundred thousand on our fees... yep great business model. For us, NOT the client.

Absolutlely worthless in the real world.

    OK>>>> done with rant...

    Continue on folks and enjoy.

    E. G.

EDIT: BTW I am an "outside" INFP... Stroller your are truly flokked... me experience LOL

The Portrait of the Crafter Artisan (iStP)

The Crafter Artisans are not only concrete in speech and utilitarian in getting things done, they are also directive and attentive in their social roles. Though directive like their Promoter counterparts, their directiveness is leavened by a good deal of attentiveness and seclusiveness. They do not approach strangers readily, but once in contact do not hesitate to tell them what to do. And they can be quite forceful in this, such that others tend to do their bidding.
Like the other Artisans, Crafters live a life of artful action, but their particular nature is most easily seen in their mastery of tools of any and all kinds, from microscopic drill to supersonic jet, from potter's wheel to grand piano, from a camera to a clarinet. Sometimes Crafters will use their body as a tool. A tool is any implement that extends or varies our human powers -- vehicles, musical instruments, cutting devices, and weapons are just four of the many categories of the tools that surround us. Most of us use tools in some capacity, of course, but Crafters (only ten per cent of the general population) are the true virtuosos of tool work, with a natural ability to command tools, to bend them to their wishes, and to become adept at all the crafts requiring tool skills. Even from an early age Crafters are drawn to tools as to a magnet; tools fall into their hands demanding use, and they must manipulate them. Indeed, if a given tool, whether scalpel or earthmover, is operated with a precision that defies belief, that operator is likely an Crafter.
