Thread: Thailand needs more loony bins

Yesterday while out walking down sukumvit Vicin Soi 20, with my daughters, I passed this guy wanking away in full view of the rush hour traffic. He seemed to be enjoying the experience, no pants on, todger out and pulling furiously on it. He was obviously a mental deranged street person, filthy dirty. A cop rides past on his MC. but of course does nothing, no money in it I suppose.
