I know a few young (falang) guys over here who ran into a nice inheritence and are 'kicking back' and 'taking it easy'. Healthy they are not.

I've heard it argued that working into old age keeps the mind sharp and prolongs life, though not sure if there is any weight to that.

My wife is downstairs in the gym finishing her second hour about now. 41 years old, four kids, 2 grandkids. 5'4", 108 lbs. She looks almost exactly the same as she did when we met 22 years ago - if anything, better. She took our 13-year old daughter to school yesterday, and the teacher asked her if she was her older sister. This 'aging Asian' stuff is bullshit. Good food, good health and dental care, exercise and take care of yourself and Asians are no different than anyone else. Poor people who work hard, often outside, for their daily rice bowl, and who have 8 kids and no health or dental care, obviously age fast and hard - and there are a lot of poor folks in Asia. Take a look at some wealthy Asian women in their 40's - still lots of stunners out there.

Agreed they age because they don't take care of their body and skin especially the face, ride around on motorbike everyday with no skin protection then wonder why.
