Hey give the school a break! Their course is at least 10% cheaper than equivalent courses in the UK (despite the running costs being about 65% cheaper), so its real value for money compared to the alternatives back home

In all seriousness, I think several of the tefl schools will go out of business this year. Kenkannif is paid to spend half his working day trawling for clients on the forums, but when the place is running courses with only 2 students, it must be hurting.

I have to feel sorry for this guy trying to sell his course on ThaiVisa Forum, who no doubt was told by kk that the courses are nearly fully booked for 2007 and 2008 so he should pay months in advance.

Tefl Text And Talk Academy - Thailand Forum

Unfortunately, things didn't work out for me so I cannot use the TEFL course. The owner at T. & T. Academy does NOT give refunds ( I can transfer ownership) so I was wondering if anyone would care to buy the course place from me -- at a discount, if necessary. I can't use it, but I would like to see some of the money returned, hence this offer. I paid $1,000 ( includes enrollment fee and course materials) on 9/18/06 for any time the course is offered in 2007, so I'd welcome offers close to that amount.
Anyone interested, please let me know by pm or on the forum.

Nah it took me 4 days

Dunno if the Thermae is there but if it is it is 80% used by Japanese clients and girls with eye surgery and skin that has never seen the sun. Takeoutable by young Thai speaking westerners only!

The thermae is actually fascinating, because of the japanese and western business going on right alongside each other.

And the place really does ram home just how ugly the westerner-meeting girls are.

The Jap-going girls tell me that the westerners are too fat and tight with their money, which really makes me wonder why westerners get so fat (they think they can get pussy however fat they are, which is true, but it really does limit things in terms of quality) and why westerners would come all the way to thailand and then rather pay 1000 baht for a black pig than 2000 for a white angel (although saying that, 95% of the jap-going girls are nothing special in my much too fussy standards. There is the occasional gem in there tho)
