Today the old lady trying to be nice bought me a new computer chair. It looks nice and is somewhat comfortable. It has all the latest ergonomics stuff. I think it costs about B2000 give or take.


However, I still enjoy my old chair. Yes, it is missing one arm rest but the seat feels good plus it has that smell...

I just use a normal one, I have got a big beasty one but I fell asleep in it too often so stopped using it.

You sound like the Unisys guys who used to install stuff in my office. They'd slap the gear in and then spend hours dressing the cables until they looked perfect. I thought it an affective waste of time until knowing just what went where saved my ass a few times. In the end, it's worth the effort.

(Just don't look under my own workstation....)

Metallic or aluminium star must be !

all of those shown to now have plastic stars, bloody dangerous, specially if you're belly gifted...

Modernform has some good ones with aluminim stars, strong and safe...2 to 4k ( also up to 40 k if you wish better ...)

I've chosen a metallic chair wirh a thick leather seat, very comfortable and should last long.
