    inbred, imbecile fekking idiots!

Well, it does take a concerted effort to beat some yanks on this, but an obscure village in the mountain has done it:

I've been out and abouts a bit, and at the village school they've got a vigilante watchman at night, just in case the Southern insurgents come here to burn the school down, which is what they do, apparently.
Ahem - no fekking Muslim has set foot here since Mohammed was born, take note of that, dimwits.

Furthermore, today I found this thing in the fields, which looks like part of an acient tool to me:

One of the elders reconed it's something "boran", old Thai, that's what I think, too, whatever "boran" might be, apparently it's a language the local shaman speaks as well.

Nono, the others assured me, there are moles in the ground which like to cut stones with their teeth, no human would have any part in shaping something odd and weird like this.

Oh well, the good thing I've got to say is that they filled me up with Lao Kao during this argument, which started midday and was concluded half an hour ago with the democratic vote that the farang is baba-bobo...

It's called a scraper, coined by English and American anthropologists in the '30's. They are among the first known tools. In Europe they were usually made from chipping away at obsidian, it's glassy and chips easily and very sharp. They were used for cutting, but mostly for scraping away the meaty flesh from the inside of a hide. This one is a more porous and softer rock, the sides have been filed by stroking it on a harder rock's flat surface. It's not all that old, by comparison to other stuff dating 100,000 years or so. See, I'm good for something.

So what's this about "I've been out and abouts a bit, and at the village school they've got a vigilante watchman at night, just in case the Southern insurgents come here to burn the school down, which is what they do, apparently.

They champion falsehood, support the butcher against the victim, the oppressor against the innocent child. May God mete them the punishment they deserve
