    American police, that is.

    Did you know that police:

    -cannot search your car without your permission
    -cannot enter your home without probable cause and a search warrant
    -cannot even ask you your name on the street (in most states)

    The job of the police is to:

    -find, arrest and convict you. They are NOT your advocates!

    This video has been making the rounds and explains citizens' rights, specifically the Bill of Rights.

    in most other civilized countries they can do all of the above and also ask your immigration paper and your identity, failing to do so will win you a nice trip to your local police station until things are resolved, which can also include jail time if you do not cooperate or produce sufficient documentation in the case of immigration

    Over 1 million people have watched it on Yuotube already. What's amazing is that so few Americans are even aware of their rights, even as they are being eroded away...
