So we got a major clamp down of teachers with illegal documents so which ones deserve or will be caught first for their illegal activities, now here I got a quote from the ajarn forum big boss who don't even foking know where the fok his site is hosted, yep the dumbest always get caught first, anyway here is LDMA post.

I'm British and have a website hosted in Thailand and as such could not give a flying wank what American law expect from adverts.

yep the dumb fok is hosted in America and pays money to be hosted in America but doesn't even know it, the devil takes the hindmost, I think that means that the dumbfoks get caught first, so which ajarn member will be the next one caught and imprisoned for fake degrees? While the comment was pretty wanky by LDMA, it is unlikely in the extreme (William) jurisdiction could be proven for any action to be taken against Ajarn because of deficiencies in advertisers simply because the host is in US. That argument fell down in courts some years ago.

A much greater connection with US than that would need to be evident.

But the issue I was talking about was LDMA stating he isn't responsible for the advertisers under US law, not the posters.

But as DD clarified...he was more mocking LDMAs lack of understanding of where he is hosted...

Most of the ajarn regulars, LDMA, BP, KK, Lily etc come across as pretty dim, and I doubt they have a degree between them.

I was in a minimart earlier listening to an american talk to his mate about his 3 jobs, one in a kids school 5 days per week, then ECC 5pm-8pm 5 days per week, and then weekends at Andew Biggs Academy. He totals 60k for that, and I can't imagine he has 3 work permits. Maybe him, seeing as he is in the firing line about 60 hours per week!?
