    Beach cats

    Rigging my new toy...

    launching her

    and goodbye....

She's riding a little low, the hulls are taking in water. Not the only job that needs doing, she has not been out for about two years, and the last owner didnt really know what he was doing.

But nothing beats being out on the trapeze, cutting through the waves in a good 15 knot wind or so!

BTW - being the fat bastard that I am I managed to break one of the wings, snapped the metal clean through. (however, turns out it had been reinforced with a piece of wood inside it, so i assume it was not the first time)

I'm thinking of giving it to a car exhust motor shop and asking them to fashion a new one out of stainless steel since parts are hard to get here...

PP or any other yachties, whaddya think? good idea, or do I need to buy a genuine part and have it shipped/DHL here?
