Awesome! Caught the game on the net. I enjoy watching the younger ones play the game. Hockey sure isn't what it used to be. It's as aggressive as it ever has been. Boys will be boys.

Can some mod move this to the sports forum. Preferably the minority sports forum and put it in with AFL and Rugby League.

Them Canuks is sure nuts for Hockey, I had a Canadian couple as passengers on a long range sportfisher I was running once that all they wanted to talk to anyone about was Hockey and we were out there to fish for 16 days.

I was watching a fight the other day on TV and I be damned if a fucking hockey game didn't break out.

Yep, even when I was sweating in Thailand, I still needed my hockey fix. Learned to skate when I was a wee one. Played hockey in my figure skates with the boys. Fek, you can stop on a dime with picks.

Me too boy, winters used to be colder when I was young and at home we always had at least 6 inches of ice on the river and were always skating by thanksgiving and were cutting ice before xmas to fill some of the ice houses that some still had on the ranches, Most didn't get electricity grid power til in the early 60.
winters still cold there now and that should tell you why i am here.
