Andy Murray wins his third game against Rafael Nadal on the trot to take the Rotterdam Masters yesterday.
Britain's Andy Murray claimed his third successive victory over world number one Rafael Nadal to win the World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam.
The 21-year-old Scot came through 6-3 4-6 6-0 in one hour 51 minutes to win the 10th title of his career.
Nadal was struggling with a knee injury in the closing stages and, after edging the second set, he was unable to serve effectively in the decider.
It's a shame he choked during the Aussie Open. Does he have Kiwi blood?
hardly choked.
lost a great game to Verdasco who has never played better in a tournament.
that's all there was to it.
Verdasco was marginally better than him on the day.
he was also better than Nadal for nearly the entire match.
he had a great tournament.
anybody that knows their tennis and watched that Verdasco match would appreciate just how well Verdasco played in the final set.
he sent down 92% first serve deliveries, he also has one of the fastest serves in the game.
that final set was as close to perfection as I have seen.
I didn't watch it.Originally Posted by ChiangMai noon
Nice to see he doesn't carry the Kiwi gene.
