It seems to be on the BBC almost constantly. I don't mind it. It's one of things that does not hold one's complete attention - There's no problem in wandering out of the room to make a cup of tea or to paint the shed and then coming back in and saying.,"Oh, snooker's still on"....And the wife says, "Where's my tea, and what's that smell of paint"...and you say, "Sorry I've forgot the tea....I've been painting the shed"...And she says, "We haven't got a shed."....And you say, "Oops, I've painted next door's car....Shall we get a shed?"

Well it still ain't on live Tluevisions over here. Can't understand Thais, they love their snooker but don't even air the world championships! Just like they love their premiership footie but won't even go to support their own league??? Congrats to Ronnie btw.... maybe the Beeb coverage is just too classy for the cable muck they rake out here?

So Ali Carter couldn't manage to beat rocket Ronie. I was just excited to see them both having 147 breaks.

I also witnessed 147 break, the same day, in an Asian championship. Saleh Mohammed of Pakistan was in super form with breaks of 147, 141 and 129. Fuckin brilliant he is.

Damn, I hate missing the snooker. It's one of the two sports on TV I will happily sit there and watch for hours.

The other is pool but I watch the world championship of that with a friend at his place last time, and what a cracking final it was.

i managed to watch nearly all the games tha only guy i don't like in the whole game though is Peter Ebdon not sure why something about him makes my skin crawl.

Yeah I don't like Ebdon either, something about him...

Never liked Hendry much when he first come to the game either.

Steve Davis has always been my favourite. Lived not too far from me actually and my Mum saw him in the Dixons shop. She come home and told me "He's quite scruffy, not like on TV." I think she expected him to walk around in tuxedo on his days off.

I would love to learn how to play snooker never had anyone to teach me

I play a lot of pool ,get so obsessed i find my self in the arcade on here playing for hours

I've played Peter Ebdon in his local snooker hall in Rushden. It's a dump. He's a nice bloke.

I've played Alex Higgins at pool, too. I beat him. He's a dick.
