I hope the pitch has dried out.
They were talking about a months worth of rain in a day FFS.

Wednesday: Australia vs Pakistan – Taunton
There is a 50 per cent chance of rain when the game starts at 10.30am and conditions look set to worsen around lunchtime, brightening up towards the evening. Again, a full day’s play looks unlikely.

Thursday: India vs New Zealand – Nottingham
Prospects for India’s match against New Zealand in Nottingham on Thursday look even worse with the Met Office issuing a “Yellow warning” for rain.
“Spells of heavy and persistent rain have the potential to bring flooding and disruption to transport in places,” the weather forecasting body explains.
More disruption to the cricket seems inevitable.

Friday: England vs West Indies – Southampton
Finally some good news. The forecast is much brighter for England’s match against the Windies in Southampton on Friday.
There is expected to be some cloud covering when the game starts at 10.30am with a 10 per cent chance of rain. We could see a few showers around lunchtime with a 30 per cent chance of rain before the sun finally breaks through in the afternoon.
The Beeb weather man this morning whilst being asked to comment on the weather re the Cricket World cup said two of the matches being rained off were unlucky - if yesterday's match had been played in Bristol it would have gone ahead.
Of course they should really have scheduled reserve days - fukin ridiculous for such a high profile event - don't know why they didn't move it to the right, further in to the UKs monsoon season.
Well they're underway at least. Aussies batting.
Oh, sunny England, a positively toasty 12C in the prime of Summer, you're Taunton me ... boom boom
You're Taunton me, weather doesn’t look like summer.
Even the Umps have gloves on!
The P100's are going well again Pak, going to be a big chase
Run a Ball Warner hanging in whilst the pinch hitters walk on and walk off.
Aussies are gonna make a big score if the rain holds off. I can't see them being beaten today.
You may think I gave the Aussies a death kiss with the above comment, but 307 is definitely defendable on this pitch.
Aussies should have killed the game with 350+ though...
Give some credit to Mohammed Amir though.
Fantastic bowler.
All you KIWIs ... frame this now!
BBC Match Report
Amir's performance with ball was 'astonishing' - what they said
Former England batsman Michael Vaughan on TMS: "We have seen some wonderful bowling in the tournament but that was an exhibition from Mohammad Amir. It was a masterclass of how to bowl on a pitch that was doing a bit.
"It was his skill that outdid the batsmen not the conditions: 5-30 in this era is astonishing."

England's strike bowler Root pegs the Windies back; 5 overs 2 for 27.
Shite - England have already lost Roy to injury and now Morgan is hobbling off. Could be two batsmen down.
England would still have to feel confident right now.
Have you been to Edinburgh before?
We stayed there for two weeks about a decade ago.
I should have listened to my sister... 'It's like Birmingham with a slouchy Castle'.
4 days would have been enough.
Hope you're heading west afterwards.
West is spectacular.
We loved Skye and Arran.
No, I'm on a conference for a week at the EICC.
Got a nice AirBnB, whole apartment right opposite.
TBH I won't have much time to do owt other than get pissed at night and perhaps visit the Pubic Triangle.
But one bonus is being able to do a bit of shopping. Left plenty of space in the luggage and taking a sports bag for the overflow.
I did do Western Scotland in my youth, yes it is exceptional isn't it.
I was looking to see if there is any entertainment in town, and would you believe Kris Kristofferson is on at the Usher Hall.
By my reckoning he is 83 years old, so he must be doing songs between oxygen therapy.
I see our next game is Tuesday against Afghanistan, so Roy and Morgan can have a bit of a rest.
Right, time for forty winks before the flight.
