I thought the highest seeded team got home advantage in the second leg. Although that doesnt explain Liverpool at home in their first leg?

Arsenal and Chelski both got drawn away first, but Arsenal were moved to play at home.

It's apparently so that both sets of fans aren't attending games in the same city at the same time.
